NISSAN MICRA Price, Engine and Specifications

Nissan Micra is a family-friendly car that is mainly designed for city driving. Interior

Exterior

The Exterior of the car is fitted with auto headlamps A total of seven exterior colors are available for the Micra, including Brick Red, Turquoise Blue, Blade Silver, Onyx Black, Night Shade, and Storm White. Nissan Micra Automatic is also the only car in the segment to get Rain-sensing wipers that automatically switches the wipers on once it detects rain. The front of the Nissan Micra Automatic resembles a Nissan Juke. 

The front bumper and the fog lamps are designed in a triangular way. Nissan Micra Combined with the new crown hood featuring prominent strakes, the honeycomb grille, and the headlamp design work well together. A new design for the alloys has been incorporated in the Micra, but the silhouette has remained the same. An 8-inch touchscreen, mirrors, and rear parking sensors are also standard in the updated version of the new Micra Car. New tail lamps have been installed, which have LED lights instead of conventional bulbs. The minimal changes have combined in a way in order to give a new and refined look to the Micra.

Nissan Micra Engine

The Nissan Micra Automatic has two engine options. The first is a 75bhp 1.2-litre 3-cylinder petrol engine, and the second is a 1.5-litre diesel motor. Five-speed manual transmission is included in the petrol version and the diesel option consists of the CVT. For the drivers within the city, (Petrol option) a CVT box option is given. This feature can be found in Nissan Sunny too. A CVT is a desirable feature as it keeps fuel consumption in check and guarantees an easy power delivery.

Even though due to the lack of gear, the shift is smooth, the lag is more evident when you throttle the floor. The diesel engine is K9K that produces about 64bhp of power. The diesel option makes a lot of noise, but it does not penetrate the inside due to the insulation inside the cabin. There is almost zero turbo lag. The engine is satisfactory enough to drive on the city roads. Whether you’re driving on a bad or uneven road, you will not feel road shocks and vibrations due to the dampers.

Nissan Micra Price

The Nissan Micra Automatic provides a great utility car that gives superb performance and features at an affordable price range. In terms of pricing, Nissan Micra is available in two variants that range in price from Rs 6.62 lakh to Rs 8.12 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). However, its prices are going to increase by 5 percent from January 2020.

The fourth-generation Micra is a reliable, easily controllable, and efficient hatchback. Micra Car has even taken the car for exports across the world from India. Nissan Micra does not fare well in the competition with other rival cars. But the car is an urban hatchback and perfectly suited for city drives. The Micra car has got some prominent changes and upgrades too.

The new tweaks and modifications that make the car so very attractive have now evolved into the prominent compulsory features in a sedan.
